Tree Lighting includes fun, food

The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is excited to invite the community to the 41st annual Tree Lighting Festival, set to take place at the Canyon Lake Lodge on Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This cherished local tradition promises a magical evening of holiday cheer for families and individuals alike.

Transforming the Canyon Lake Lodge into a festive winter wonderland, the event will offer a wide range of free holiday entertainment and activities. Festival-goers can enjoy face painters, a ferris wheel ride, bounce houses, a cotton candy machine, a photo booth, balloon animal creators, a large petting zoo, DJ music, an LED toy vendor, food vendors and trucks, and more.

A major highlight of the festival is the anticipated arrival of Santa Claus, who will make a grand entrance aboard a Canyon Lake Fire Department Fire Engine. This moment is sure to delight attendees of all ages, offering a perfect photo opportunity.

While the activities are free of charge, there will also be various vendor and food booths for those who wish to indulge in holiday treats or do some festive shopping.

This event is more than just a celebration; it’s an opportunity for residents of Canyon Lake to gather and immerse themselves in the joy and community spirit of the holiday season.
