Citizen of the Month

Kathy Barbay, surrounded by members of the Canyon Lake City Council, displays her Citizen of the Month certificate at the recent City Council meeting. Kathy was honored for her 15-year focus on helping seniors, veterans and students. She has been involved with Canyon Lake Womans Club, Mermaids of Canyon Lake, Quilters, Yacht Club, as well as other Canyon Lake clubs, events and activities. She recently received the Senior Legacy Award from Riverside County Supervisor Karen Spiegel.
