Despite initial concerns of scorching temperatures reaching 107 degrees, the pirates and wenches were pleasantly surprised by a cooler climate, with the thermometer hovering in the comfortable 90s. A gentle breeze came off the lake, providing a welcome respite from the summer heat and setting the stage for an enchanting affair.

Food and beverages were exchanged among the attendees, fostering a lively atmosphere as individuals meandered from boat to boat, relishing in the array of culinary delights. Music filled the air, enhancing the joyous ambiance while pirates and wenches enthusiastically embraced their roles, sharing exuberant “Arrgghhh” and “Avast ye landlubber” greetings.

As dusk approached, the boats embarked on a leisurely cruise around the Main Lake, venturing into Big Bass Cove before gracefully passing under the Treasure Island Bridge. The culmination of the voyage led to a vibrant tie-up in Catfish Cove, where the true revelry commenced.
