Significant improvements to boundary walls, traffic signals, light poles, utility boxes and bollards along the city’s portion of Railroad Canyon Road has begun and will take another three weeks to complete.
During this time, intermittent lane closures will be in effect as contractors work to repair and paint the items alongside the road. Work hours and intermittent lane closures will only occur on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The project is being funded by state gas tax revenues and funds from the county‘s Sales Tax Measure A.
