National Women’s Day

Women from the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club came together recently to celebrate National Women‘s Day. The day’s events included Dawn Rankins giving an inspiring message, Karen Smith teaching chair yoga, and Kristen Estell sharing the benefits of cold/cryotherapy. Women were reminded to take time to care for themselves and to celebrate the strength in women.
