In Memoriam: Antonia “Toni” Valle

Antonia “Toni” Valle

On Feb. 20, 2023 Antonia “Toni” Valle, 85 years young, earned her wings and went on to walk with the angels as she was surrounded by her entire family, a testament of the life and love she lived.

Toni was born and raised in Sanger, California. Later in life she moved to Lakewood before retiring in Lake Elsinore.

When her husband Lalo was alive, she spent many days cooking the most delicious foods. She was most famous for her tamales, which is an art in itself. Her children and grandchildren couldn’t wait for Granny’s tamales during the holidays.

In her retirement years, Toni was a constant at the Senior Center in Lake Elsinore. She also loved her bingo Sundays in Canyon Lake.

You could always count on her to break out in dance at the drop of a hat regardless of the occasion.

Toni was predeceased by her husband Lalo. She is survived by her five children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on March 6 at Forest Lawn at 10:30 a.m., with services held later that day at Centerpointe Church in Murrieta at 2:00 p.m.

Wife, Mom, Granny, Nana, Friend … we will always miss you.
