Chamber Speed Networking brings full house to Pepe’s

More than 20 businesses came to spread their word at the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce Speed Networking event last week Pepe’s Mexican Bar and Grill in the Canyon Lake Town Center.

“I am so happy with the turnout tonight,” Chamber President John Grande said. “This is great and I am excited for the Chamber to do more events like this.”

Sponsors for the event were Proactive Legal-The Bock Law Group, Canyon Lake Solar and Celesty Beauty Care.

“We couldn’t have done it without these amazing sponsors,” Megan Cortes said.

The speed networking allowed the various businesses to connect with each other from a professional level at the same time, people made connections on a personal level. Like speed dating events, the individuals would rotate around the room after specific periods of time.

“My goal is to do events like this on a regular basis,” John said. “I want the Chamber to do something every month.”
