Letter: Wonderful Brunch with Santa 2022

The staff of the Lighthouse Restaurant at the Lodge, led by manager Laura Flores, did an exceptional job of Brunch with Santa last weekend.

The service was fantastic. Even with so many to take care of we never lacked for anything. Beverages were refilled frequently and we were asked if there was anything we needed.

The variety of foods offered was amazing. Everything from prime rib to pizza, omelets, shrimp, and waffles to desserts. The kitchen did an incredible job keeping the food coming.

We had such a delightful time watching little ones visit with Santa. Each family went up to visit Santa on stage and take photos unhurried. All the Canyon Lake neighbors were smiling and saying hello to one another. We appreciate how much hard work went into this event to make it special and memorable. So a very big thank you to all the hard working staff at the Lighthouse.
