Home #4 chosen for Canyon Lake Woman’s Club Holiday Home Tour

Sandy Varsharchi’s house located at 30430 Sea-Horse Circle has been chosen as one of the five homes on the upcoming Canyon Lake Woman’s Club Holiday Home Tour.

The tour theme for Sandy’s home is Seahorse Circle Elegance. The Holiday Home Tour is one of the Woman’s Club fundraisers and will take place on Dec. 3. Tickets to visit the five homes are on sale now.

The Varshachi home features gorgeous hardwood floors, beautiful chandeliers, and lofty ceilings which make the home seem much larger.

As visitors step down into the living area, they will be greeted by a lovely fireplace that beacons them to sit for a while.

As those on the tour gaze through the two-story windows, natural light is filtering through and they will feel the warmth of the natural light.

The formal kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, with richly stained cabinetry and granite countertops. A huge center island is made complete with a truly magnificent chandelier.

The sweeping staircase leads visitors to a gracious private-living area.

Once back downstairs, tour participants will enter the dining room where they will be made aware of the truly-spectacular backyard. It was expertly designed to offer all ages different areas to enjoy, whether it be the sparkling pool or the grassy play area beyond. A little bit of whimsy is added to the yard with a unique kitty condo, made exclusively for the cats living within the home.

This fourth home joins three other houses that have been previously announced as part of the tour. Those three are the homes of Henry and Beth Parks, located at 30369 Longhorn Dr., John and Erin Waite, located at 22238 Whirlaway Court and Brett and Sue Law located at 30394 Point Marina Dr.

The club will announce the final home of the five- home tour next week, just prior to the home tour on Dec. 3. Also part of the Woman’s Club event is a tree raffle along with vendors at the Canyon Lake Lodge in the Holiday Bay Room.
