City invites all to Dec. 3 Winter Wonderland event

The Canyon Lake Town Center will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland on Dec. 3 where the city Christmas tree lighting ceremony will take place and children will enjoy a variety of free games and rides.

The City of Canyon Lake, in collaboration with the Canyon Lake Family Matters Club, is hosting the Winter Wonderland & Tree Lighting Ceremony from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Santa will arrive and the Christmas Tree Lighting will take place shortly thereafter.

Snow will be brought in for sledding and festive Canyon Lakers will also be able to participate in Train Rides, a Petting Zoo, Visits with Santa, Letters to Santa, Carnival Games, Rock Wall, Glitter Tattoos and a Craft Table.

Live entertainment and food vendors will also be available at the annual holiday event.
