Wild Blush Suites celebrates with ribbon cutting ceremony

Gus and Amy Liechti, residents of Canyon Lake, opened Wild Blush Suites in the middle of 2019. The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce celebrated the business’ anniversary of sorts with a ribbon cutting Friday.

The two are a true Canyon Lake love story. They met for the first time while attending a Taco Tuesday at the Canyon Lake Lodge many years ago. Gus moved to Canyon Lake in 2003 and when the couple met and fell in love, Amy joined him in 2010. They have been married for nine years.

Amy opened her first business, Sugar Dollz, in the Canyon Lake Town Center shortly after coming to Canyon Lake.

The couple celebrated their Wild Blush Suites business with the Chamber’s Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Friday surrounded by family, friends, the Chamber and business friends.

The couple started three years ago with only one building and seven suites. They have since grown to two more buildings with a total of 25 suites. Wild Blush Suites offers three different suite sizes: single, double and triple.

There are currently many different businesses that operate under Wild Blush Suites. Those businesses provide services such as hair, nails, aestheticians, microblading, body sculpting, teeth whitening, a barber, natural hair braider, waxing, lash artists, financial services and an aesthetics doctor.

Amy said the reason they wanted to open Wild Blush Suites was to give like-minded entrepreneurs all the tools they needed to be successful.

“Our suites are one of a kind where business can thrive,” she said.
