Canyon Lakers hop around lake for festive Fiesta Days

Canyon Lake Fiesta Hopper was one gigantic party with the perfectly themed Lake Life celebration taking place throughout the community over the Memorial Day weekend.

Residents and their thousands of guests enjoyed three days of Fiesta Hopper activities and events. Lake Life was this year‘s theme and it was a tribute to all of the lake activities available in Canyon Lake.

Sierra Park hosted the car show, stilt walker and, of course, some vendors and yummy food, while over at Indian Beach, visitors could enjoy Family Matters Club crafts, a jumper, reptile show, a magician, and more tasty treats.

Over at Eastport Park, free pickleball lessons were given, along with a petting zoo, a ferris wheel, water slide, vendors, and more great food.

The Lodge hosted the ski show, and tons of lawn games and activities, vendors and more food. Holiday Harbor was where the music was happening for those both on the lake and at the beach with the Rock the Boat Concert.

Holiday Harbor also had a massive rock wall to climb, some vendors and food.

Friday night kicked off the movie at the pool with “Luca,” where families waited anxiously in line to get their spot pool side or in the pool to enjoy the movie.

Free shuttles were stopping by each location ensuring those who didn’t want to drive could get to the different parks.

Saturday morning the streets of Canyon Lake Drive North were filled with families and their friends for the iconic Canyon Lake style parade. Kids grabbed candy tossed from cars and carts decked out in honor of Fiesta Days and Memorial Day to pay honor to those who served and continue to serve in our military.

It was a weekend filled with tons of activities and good times, as those in Canyon Lake enjoyed lake life together.
