In Memoriam: Jane Marie Dague

Jane Marie Dague

Jane Marie Dague, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend peacefully passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on Feb. 23, 2022 at the age of 85. Jane was born to Peter and Louise Andrijeski in McCook, Nebraska on Aug. 26, 1936.

Jane lived in many locations with her parents in her younger years, settling in Orange County, California in the 1960s with her three children Linda, Brian, and Dana. In the later 1960s, she and her future husband and love of her life, Howard Dague, met. They were married on April 23, 1970. Together they lived in Costa Mesa until 1981 when they moved to Canyon Lake.

Their 41 years in Canyon Lake were filled with many friends, clubs, travels and adventures. Throughout her years, Jane was involved with many clubs including the Canyon Lake Lioness Club, the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club, the Lake Elsinore Genealogy Society, the Canyon Lake Road Runners and the Canyon Lake Car Club.

Jane was a lovely lady who will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her loving husband Howard Dague, siblings Harlan Andrijeski (wife Kay) and Leona Lee (husband Dick), children Linda Ford (husband Ken), Brian Dague, and Dana Dague (wife Robyn), grandchildren Jason Ford (wife Tammy), Nathan Ford, Andrew Ford (wife Kailey), Nic Ford (wife Joni), Kristina Wendt (husband Brent), Lisa Dague, Maggie Dague, and Chase Dague, and great­ grandchildren Kaylee Ford, Parker Ford, Avery Ford, Gavin Ford, Oliver Ford, Cash Wendt, Harlee Wendt, Gunner Wendt, Aubree Campbell, and Brandee Campbell.

Services for Jane will be held at Canyon Lake Community Church at 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 2022.
