Triathlon Club New Year’s Day Polar Swim postponed

The Canyon Lake Triathlon and Fitness Club announced this week that due to unsafe swimming conditions, it is postponing the New Year’s Day Polar Swim that was set for tomorrow morning.

Because of the substantial rainfall and the resulting runoff, club officials expected unsafe swimming conditions for the chilly event.

The club said it is hoping to reschedule soon and is looking forward to providing details once a new date can be established.
