Retaining wall progress

Despite inclement weather and with the help of sand bags, the retaining walls at the Sierra Park North construction project are taking shape. These large walls are expected to be completed the first part of January. A small retaining wall on the other end of the park will begin its construction as the grading takes place. Prepping the land for the park is the most time-consuming aspect of the project and will make the hillside usable.
