The Canyon Lake POA contractor and management team continue to cut costs as the Sierra Park North development progresses. The latest progress was made as the contractor continued working on the subsurface drainage and began the installation of this storm drainage chamber. With a total budget, including a 10% contingency, of $2.2 million, creative measures are ensuring the project will come in within budget. The initial low bid came in above the budgeted amount approved by CLPOA members.
