Ghosts, Goblins and Skeletons will be roaming the Canyon Lake Golf Course on Oct. 9 in an effort to raise fund Canyon Lake 9er’s Golf Club scholarships.
This annual 9ers Scholarship Tournament will have the theme this year of “Jack Skellington, Ghost & Golflins,” and will fund scholarships for Canyon Lake Scholar Athletes who will be attending college in 2022.
The tournament schedule will be 8:30 a.m. registration, 8:45 a.m. putting contest and 10:00 a.m. Shot Gun Start tournament. The day will conclude with a dinner at 3:00 p.m. and awards, 50/50 raffle and a silent auction at 4:00 p.m..
The $60.00 registration fee includes 18 holes of 3 par golf, dinner/drink, prizes, awards and closest to the pin award. Those wishing to attend just the dinner need pay only is $25.00. (Green fees/golf carts are not included in the entry fee).
On Hole 8, players will have the chance to win a golf cart with a hole in one. The golf cart is being donated by Canyon Golf Cars and Motorsports. Players will also be able to purchase a $30.00 Ghost Package.
