VIP tickets are still available for the eagerly-awaited Craig Campbell Concert which will finally take place on Aug. 28 in the Holiday Bay Room at the Lodge. General Admission tickets are sold out to the Canyon Lake POA-sponsored concert.

“I am excited to finally be able to produce another Concert at the Lodge installment,” Doug Schultz, the Concert at the Lodge Series producer, said. “This will be our 22nd show in the Holiday Bay Room and the first with the new sound system. This will be the first concert in a year and a half and the first since the restrictions have been lifted.”

The limited number of $54.00 VIP tickets available can be acquired at Canyon Lake POA Office’s Member Services in the Canyon Lake Town Center and on the Canyon Lake POA website.

The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will begin at 7:30 p.m. with opening act Lance Allen Mowdy.

“There have been so many requests for an encore performance by Lance that he will be opening for Craig,” Doug said. “Lance started his career at a young age as a singer/songwriter in Contemporary Christian music. His first album produced three radio hit songs.”

Lance is a former West Coast Country Music Association Male Entertainer and Vocalist of the Year. He’s currently in the studio recording his first country album.

Craig will be taking the stage at 8:30 p.m. and will be performing a special solo acoustic show.

Craig has recorded eight hit singles on the US Country AirPlay Charts and has recorded two studio albums, three extended plays and nine music videos.

As a special treat, Craig will be hosting a Meet and Greet for all those attending after the show, Doug said.

“I first met Craig a couple of years ago when I produced an outdoor show at Pala Casino with him and Maren Morris,” Doug said. “Concert goers sang along with Craig’s major hit songs, ‘Family Man,’ and ‘Keep Them Kisses comin’.’ Over drinks after the show, we discussed him performing here in Canyon Lake. We are finally making it happen.”
