CL Chamber sponsors restaurant contest

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce begins its “Seven Days to Savor’’ event today in an effort to support Canyon Lake’s restaurants and to give diners an opportunity to win $50 gift cards.

The Chamber of Commerce is encouraging Canyon Lake residents to eat at Sports Stop, Canyon Lake Country Club Bar & Grill, The Urban, Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar, The Canyon Cowboy, Pepes, and PZA throughout the week.

The restaurants will each have table toppers on their dining tables where patrons will scan QR Codes to enter a gift card raffle for that restaurant. Scans can accumulate through Friday (June 11). The Chamber will announce winners of the $50 gift cards the following week.

“The Chamber is very excited to host this event, as these restaurants have overcome so much this past year,” Kristina Rasband, the Chamber of Commerce Marketing Director, said. “Our goal is to have the community out supporting these restaurants. The community of Canyon Lake always shows up.”
