Girl Scout cookies donated to Sheriff’s Dept.

Canyon Lake Daisy Troop 438 donated 160 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco last week.

The donations were collected throughout the Girl Scout cookie sale season in Canyon Lake. The troops and their parents banded together to donate the cookies to local law enforcement as their way of showing support to the local police, they said.

The girls from the Daisy Troop said they sincerely thank the community of Canyon Lake for all its help this cookie season. This donation would not have been possible without everybody’s support, they said.
