Club hosts Easter Egg Garden tomorrow

Tomorrow’s Family Matters Club’s Easter event tomorrow is, as usual, a huge hit. Although all of the spots for photos with the Easter Bunny are filled up, there is still space for the egg hunt, according to organizer Shawna Bowen.

“This is a unique event for us,” Shawna said. “We have not done this event this way in the past.”

The event has to be put on with social distancing in mind, so the club decided this year to have photos with the Easter Bunny taken by family members. There is also an Easter Egg Garden where each child can gather a dozen eggs and take home an Easter craft. The photos were by signup and all spots have been reserved. But the Easter Garden still has available spots.

Family Matters Club is hosting the  free of charge Easter event tomorrow (Saturday) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Holiday Harbor. Online sign up is required and space is limited. Go to FamilyMatters.org to sign up.

Each child can gather a dozen eggs in the Easter Egg Garden (bring your own Easter Basket) and take home an Easter craft.
