CL Junior Women’s Club to host golf tourney

The Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club will be holding its annual golf tournament fundraiser on April 10.

“We really want to help these high school seniors out this year,” club member Denise Viotti said. “They have completely missed their last year in school and we hope to bless them with this scholarship.”

The funds the club uses for these annual college scholarships comes from the proceeds raised at the golf tournament.

“We fundraise to give to local schools, sporting clubs, and fundraise for local parks,” Denise said. “We have several holiday philanthropic undertakings, along with many community fundraising events held throughout the year.”

The Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club is a federally-licensed, non-profit organization devoted to supporting the youth in the Canyon Lake community and assisting local families in need.
