CL Tennis holds Valentine’s tourney

The Canyon Lake Tennis Club’s February Valentine’s Tournament was held Sunday with its members dressing in the Valentine’s theme.

“We hold monthly tournaments to get some great tennis out on the courts. Beautiful courts and amenities always! Can’t beat it,” Jennifer Denson, the club’s social media contact, said. “And thank you to everyone who came out and participated in Sunday’s tournament!”

High scorers of the Valentines tournament were Nancy Contreras and Mike Porter.

The tennis club will be hosting the Head Demo Day on Mar. 6. The free two-hour event is open to the community and begins at 9:00 a.m. Participants will be able to have the opportunity to check out the Head tennis racquets and meet members of the tennis club. A grand prize of a racquet will be awarded.
