POA Security finds teen caught on video

The Canyon Lake POA Security allegedly captured on surveillance video the individual above right (within the red circle) carving a racial epithet into a wet concrete slab on Canyon Lake POA property. Security immediately posted photos hoping the community could help identify and locate him. The POA was also looking for the other three. Fortunately, the individuals were identified and located Wednesday. Two fresh concrete slabs have been vandalized and will need to be replaced.
