Family Matters Club performs Christmas magic…again

The Canyon Lake Family Matters Club 7th Annual Santa Letter event has once again spent the Christms season taking letters from children throughout the community and has answered every one of them. Santa has responded with not just a letter, but also a packet of reindeer treats to leave out Christmas Eve and a hand-delivered personalized gift to the child’s doorstep.

There was no fee to participate and the club members tried their best to find a gift asked for in the letters. The recipients continue to be humbled and impressed by what the club does for Canyon Lake’s kids.

“Our family can’t thank them enough for bringing magic into our home!” Melissa Flanders, a Canyon Lake mom whose children participated, said. “The kids were so excited to get an early present from Santa and special reindeer magic to leave out Christmas Eve. We were so amazed by the generosity of The Family Matters Club!”

The Family Matters Club is open to all Canyon Lake residents. The club hosts several events throughout the year to benefit the community and raise funds for philanthropic donations and causes, such as this Christmas event. For more information, visit the website or email info@familymattersclub.org.
