Skiing Santa

Only in Canyon Lake would you find Santa Claus out on the lake skiing for the enjoyment of kids who lined the shores to catch a glimpse of the acrobatic jolly man. The Canyon Lake Ski Club had its annual Breakfast With Santa event canceled because of tighter COVID-19 restrictions, but was determined to at least have Santa still take to the lake to celebrate the season. Children and their families, some in matching Christmas pajamas and others with boxes of donuts, cheered Santa from Canyon Lake parks and Saturday.
