Letter: Blood Drive thanks

Editor, The Friday Flyer:

Thanks to all of the donors at the October 12 Red Cross Blood Drive at the Country Club. More than 40 donations of blood were made, surpassing our goal of 36 pints.

Special thanks to Linda Johnson, Eric Schrader, Dorothy and Joe Washle and Valerie Montgomery for their assistance in registering each donor.

There will be three more blood drives at the Country Club next year on Jan. 11, April 12and July 12. Watch for the notices and sign-up and become a donor.

Thanks to the Canyon Lake Women’s Golf Club, 9er’s Golf Club and Canyon Lake Ski Club for sponsoring the drives.
