Heat is back

The Canyon Lake Pool is looking all the more appealing as triple digit heat hits the community again. After a week of bearable heat, the temperatures are rising to as high as 110 degrees. An Excessive Heat Watch has been issued from today (Friday) through Monday evening. The watch encourages people in the area to avoid typical outdoor activities, drink plenty of fluids, stay in air conditioned rooms and to check up on relatives and neighbors. To use the pool, members need to make reservations on the POA website.
