Last of the ducklings

This mama duck spotted at Lions Park on Saturday may very well be with one of the last flocks of ducklings that will be seen on Canyon Lake this year. Female mallards typically lay their eggs between mid-March and late July, then they incubate them for about 28 days before they hatch.
