Canyon Lake Choraleers

Don’t let a change of travel plans get you down. Local talented musicians bring the mystery and energy of Africa to you! Canyon Lake Choraleers, under the direction of Lorilee Bajema, bring the world (of music) to you.

AFRICA! is the hot ticket the first weekend of May. Lorilee has compiled music inspired by this vast, complex and beautiful continent, like award-winning Baba Yetu which earned Angel City Chorale the coveted Golden Buzzer on America’s Got Talent. Other selections include energetic songs in Swahili, African drums and a crowd-pleasing Lion King Medley.

The concert will also be featuring the adorable Kids Choir, who will sing and dance their way into your heart. For the first time ever, the Choraleers will be inviting singers from Colony Chorus to join forces for a song or two including a surprise encore guaranteed to bring the house down.

For tickets, contact the director at lorilee39@icloud.com or the Choraleers president at garland.larry@gmail.com.
