Sara Price to race in the Adelaide 500

Canyon Lake resident Sara Price is in Adelaide, Australia to race the first round of the Stadium Super Trucks series this weekend. The multi-disciplined racer kicked off her 2020 season at King of the Hammers earlier this year announcing her recent multi-year partnership with VP Racing as the Official Fuels, Lubricants and Additives of Sara Price.

Price’s Stadium Super Truck debut goes back to 2016 where she made history by being the first female to compete in a SST race. “I couldn’t be more excited to be back racing a Stadium Super Truck,” Sara said. “I can’t wait to give the Australia fans some good racing behind the wheel of the VP SST.”

Round 1 of the Boost Mobile Stadium Super Truck can be viewed LIVE on Fox Sports in Australia and streamed from the Stadium Super Trucks Facebook Page outside of Australia. Sara was named the 2016 Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Rising Star. Her racing career started on dirt and she went on to join Kawasaki as the first factory-supported female racer. She began racing dirt bikes at the age of eight and collected 19 amateur titles and medaled in Women’s Super X at the 2010 X Games. She holds the record as the most winning female amateur to date.

In 2019, Sara became the first-ever woman to win the SCORE International Trophy Truck Spec championship, the first-ever woman to IronWoman the TT Spec class and finish and the first-ever woman to finish 2nd in the overall championship in SCORE International. When she isn’t racing, Price works as a stunt professional, performing on motorcycles, and in vehicles and as a precision driver for television and film.

Sara will compete with RPM Offroad in a Trophy Truck Spec. down in Baja Mexico in the SCORE International Desert Series where in 2018 and her rookie year she achieved a very impressive 5th place at the Prestigious Baja 500.
