Paint and sip with the CL Woman’s Club

The Woman’s Club is hosting a “Divas Through the Decades” Paint and Sip for its club members and their guests on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 6 p.m. at the East Port Park Activities Room. The cost is $40 and includes step-by-step instructions, a canvas, paint, beverages and appetizers. Attendees will leave the class with the painting they created.

The class is limited to 40 women. All spots must be pre-paid. For more information, contact Dona Ziegler at 951-440-7783.

Founded in 1972, the Woman’s Club is a non-profit, non-partisan, philanthropic service group dedicated to helping others less fortunate.  The club holds several events throughout the year to raise money for local charities and for educational scholarships for girls and women who reside in Canyon Lake.

Monthly meetings are held on the third Wednesday in the Holiday Bay Room at the lodge. Vendor hour starts at 9 a.m., the meeting starts at 10 a.m. and lunch is served at 12 p.m. Lunch is $14. For lunch reservations or membership information, email canyonlakewomansclub@gmail.com.
