Canyon Lake residents who enjoy traveling and exploring are invited to join the Travel Club members on their 2020 travel adventures.

On Thursday, Feb. 20, members will travel by motorcoach to the Camelot Theater in Palm Springs for a tribute to four legends of the “rock and roll” era: Ray Charles, Buddy Holly, Little Richard and Jerry Lee Lewis.

Travelers will enjoy lunch at Billy Reed’s before the show. The motorcoach will depart from the lodge at 10 a.m. and return at 6 p.m.

The cost is $105 for members and $110 for non-members. The reservation deadline is Feb. 1. For reservations, contact Rose Marie Hand at 951-244-6655.

Enjoy a three-night trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley from Mar. 30 to Apr. 2. The trip includes a sightseeing tour of San Francisco with an optional ferry trip to Alcatraz or to the world famous museums such as the de Young Museum and the Legion of Honor.

The group will board the Wine Train in Napa Valley for a three-hour ride and a four-course meal.

On the way home, travelers will stop at the Winchester Mystery House for a docent-led tour and at the Casa de Fruita in Hollister for a meal.

The cost per person double occupancy is $1,070. The single price is $1,470. A deposit of $100 per person is required. For more information, contact Nyla Finch at 951-757-6760.
