Pickleball Club members enjoy holiday festivities

More than 50 Pickleball Club members gathered at the home of Nancy and Carl Duplan to watch the boat parade and celebrate the club’s annual Pickleball Club Christmas Party.

“The food was fabulous, the games were fun and the boat parade couldn’t be any closer,” said the club’s Secretary Steve Libring. “But most of all, the friendships and holiday spirit made the evening a wonderful night for all who attended.”

The Pickleball Club has more than 150 members. The club hosts fun activities each month. Upcoming events include a Sports Jersey Potluck, the annual Super Bowl Party and the ever-popular Sweethearts and Singles Tournament.

The Pickleball Club invites all levels of players to participate in social play Monday through Friday from 8 to 10 a.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. A Twilight Social Mixer for club members only is held monthly on the third Thursday from 6 to 10 p.m. For more information, visit the club’s Facebook page at Canyon Lake Pickleball or email clpickleball951@gmail.com.
