POA Board approves funding for pool and deck repairs

The POA Board of Directors approved $265,540 plus a five percent contingency for the Pool Deck and Plaster Project.

In 2018, the POA replaced all the chairs, loungers and umbrellas at the pool to update its outdated appearance; however, the decking around the pool and wader pool is in need of replacement.

Over the past five years, the POA has made large repairs to the deck to keep it usable during the pool season. The deck and pool have many maintenance issues, including the anti-slip coating peeling and the plaster bubbling in both pools.

The Pool Deck and Plaster Project will address these and other major ongoing issues, and give the deck a more modern look. The project will be done while the pool is closed for winter.
