Customers find variety at Canyon Lake Goods

Canyon Lake residents no longer need to drive long distances to purchase items such as computer charging cords, gamer headsets and hair dryers. Canyon Lake Goods, located in the Canyon Lake Towne Center, stocks these items plus more at bargain prices.

This past July, Julie Pennington opened Canyon Lake Goods, a variety store that has just that: a variety of everything!

When Julie moved to Canyon Lake four years ago, she noticed that the community lacked a store in which residents could purchase such things such as batteries, lightbulbs and pet supplies. Always resourceful, she then found that there were wholesalers that were willing to work with her to make it possible to begin a business on a small scale. In her quest to find additional merchandise, Julie bought out warehouses filled with new items that she was able to make available to customers at a low cost.

Beauty product names such as Paul Mitchell, Bed Head and Nioxin fill the shelves and new items are added daily. Many Canyon Lakers come to the store regularly to check the store’s ever-changing inventory.

At Canyon Lake Goods, customers will find new quality items below the price noted on Amazon. For additional savings, coupons can be found weekly in The Friday Flyer and the Local Flavor webpage and app.

As Christmas nears, Canyon Lake Goods can be viewed as the local “One Stop Christmas Shop.” If cases and accessories are needed for a cell phone, tablet, or computer that has found its way under the Christmas tree, or if a certain surfer needs a new wet suit, Canyon Lake Goods is the place to go.
