Wild Blush Studios opens in Towne Center

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting for Wild Blush Studios on Oct. 4. Located in the Towne Center, Wild Blush Studios is a collaboration of beauty and business. “We give beauty professionals the opportunity to be their own boss and run their own business under an umbrella of support and sense of community,” said owner Amy Liechti.

Wild Blush is home to eight separate businesses: Cashmere Hair Studios, Purdie Cosmetics, Plush Hair Studios, Pure Pilates, The Brow and Lash Room, Dimensions Hair, Ashlie Marie Beauty Studios and Wild Blush Boutique.

“My belief is that by working together, we can be more successful,” Amy said. “When you work together as a team, it’s better for the businesses and the economy.”

The private studios feature shiplap walls, glass framed entry doors, custom salon cabinetry, high-end styling and shampooing chairs and a modern sink vanity. A separate lounge area overlooks the grassy courtyard. A complimentary coffee bar is offered to all clients of the individual salon owners. Amy’s sister Kimberly Larez manages the studio.

Amy is the former owner of Sugar Dollz, a clothing boutique that was located in the Towne Center next to the Canyon Lake Market. To spend more time with her daughter, Amy closed Sugar Dollz but continued to manufacture custom bathing suits and dance costumes, which she featured in her showroom and will carry in her Wild Blush Boutique. Some of her famous clients include Coco Austin and other reality television personalities.

Now that her daughter is in preschool, Amy has more time to focus on her business. She is in the process of building five more studios at the former location of The Cup Above. When completed, one of the studios will be home to her bathing suit manufacturing department and Wild Blush Boutique will feature a line of Sugar Dollz mommy and me custom bathing suits.

Wild Blush Studios is located at 31682 Railroad Canyon Rd., Ste. 7. Business hours are daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. by appointment only.
