CL women’s 4.0 team earns spot at sectionals

The Canyon Lake women’s 4.0 tennis team clinched the Inland Empire League Championship, earning a spot at Sectionals July 26 through July 28 in Orange County. The team is made up of the following 17 players: Dana Boyan (captain), Meg Markley, Janet Giles, Kristen Kennedy, Ronda Smyth, Kristy Toups, Rosemary Mireles, Holly Birdsell, Laural Pulley, Maria Smith, Diana Ortuno, Jully Martilla, Debbie Steele, Becky Ness, Lucy Coffield and Karen Obst.
