Chrissi and Todd McNaughton purchased Bombshells, a clothing, accessories and gift boutique in the Canyon Lake Towne Center, from sisters Johanna Granados and Stephanie Stout on Feb 22. They celebrated with a grand reopening on Saturday that featured live music from the band Eclipse, food, discounts and raffles.

The Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting that was attended by Mayor Larry Greene and several council members.

“We would like to thank the chamber, city and the community as a whole for the outpouring of love and support for our new adventure owning Bombshells,” said Chrissi. “We would also like to thank Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, Letting Go Salon and the Macias family for their generous donations and the Sports Stop Pub and Grill and the band Eclipse for making our grand reopening a huge success.”

Bombshells opened in the Towne Center in 2014. In 2017, Bombshells earned awards in the categories of Favorite California Boutique and Favorite California Storefront Boutique.

In 2018, the Global Boutique Awards named Bombshells California Boutique of the Year and California Storefront of the Year.

It’s the only boutique in California to earn awards in two categories in 2017 and 2018.
