In Memoriam: William A. White

William was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and moved to Fullerton, California in 1935. He went through all schools, elementary, high school and junior college within three city blocks in Fullerton. He retired from the City of Anaheim after 27 years and moved to Canyon Lake in 1980.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister and three brothers. He is survived by his wife Bobbie of 62 years; sons Robert (Rhonda), Greg, Deron (Cheryl); three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; extended Metz family.

Bill was a captain in the Marine Corps., a jet pilot, president of the Canyon Lake Clams in 1990 and 1997, lifetime member of the Elks, lifetime member of the VFW, Lions Club member for 12 years and a member of the Canyon Lake Community Church. He loved to sing, play pool, dance and party. He will be missed by all.

Memorial services will be held, Monday, June 12, at 10 a.m. at Canyon Lake Community Church followed by a memorial reception at 11:30 a.m. the Elks Lodge, 33700 Mission Trail, Wildomar, California.
