The Canyon Lake Junior Women’s Club (JWC) invites residents and their guests (21 years old and older) to “Rocktoberfest 2016” tomorrow afternoon, October 15, from 1 to 5 p.m. at Holiday Harbor. In the evening, the Chamber of Commerce is hosting Oktoberfest, from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Towne Center.
Rocktoberfest 2016 will feature beer tasting from local microbreweries such as Hanger 24, Craft Brewery, Mason Jar Brewery, Weins Brewing Co., Refuge Brewing and Black Market Brewing Co. This is a free event; however, stamp cards for tastings are $20. There also will be wine and margarita booths, raffle opportunities and vendors.
Fat & Happy Pub & Grub will be selling items from their menu. Live music will be provided by Luv Buckit.
Proceeds from this fundraising event will help support the community beautification and philanthropy projects that JWC has planned for the year.
