Letter: Speak to the Candidates Night

Editor, The Friday Flyer:

Speak to the Candidates Night is this Monday, April 11, at 7 p.m. in the Lodge Holiday Bay Room. The Canyon Lake Property Owners Association elections are just about here. There are two open seats on the Board of Directors this year with five candidates contending for a seat on the POA Board of Directors.

Each candidate has a printed biography available and will answer preset questions in The Friday Flyer. If you want more information about the candidates and their positions on vital issues in Canyon Lake, come to “Speak to the Candidates” night at the Lodge.

At this event, homeowners will be able to speak directly to the candidates with questions that are important to them and hear firsthand each candidate’s response on the issues that are important to all of us. The event will be moderated by Joanna Spiller, a prominent community member, and our Riverside County Supervisor Kevin Jeffries.

The Speak to the Candidates Night is a Community sponsored event hosted by: Bassmasters, Car Club, Chair Volleyball, Choraleers, CLAMS, CLAPPS,

Emergency Preparedness, Fine Arts Guild, Homeowners Club, Lioness Club, Lions Club, Men’s Golf, 9ers Golf, Roadrunners, Ski Club, Street Carts, Tennis Club, Travel Club, Tuesday Work Group, Woman’s Club, and Women’s Golf.
