CL artists to open their studios next weekend

Canyon Lakers are invited to see the work of local artists next Thursday, November 14, in the annual Canyon Lake Art Association Open Studios Tour. Visual artists, ceramicists and photographers will have their art on display at five home studios throughout the community and at the Senior Center between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

There is no charge for this event. Just stop by the Senior Center that day where a map will be available for the self-guided tour, with light refreshments provided there and at some of the home studios. Some of the artists will have their work available for sale.

The Art Association’s next monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, November 24, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Senior Center. Artist Phyllis Lippen’s work currently is on display at Pepe’s Restaurant through December.
