Letter: Sincere Gratitude

Editor, The Friday Flyer:

My parents, Chuck and Cathy Hawley, wanted me to convey their sincere gratitude for everyone’s cards, flowers, good wishes, prayers and moral support. My dad’s not the best cook. The dinners provided have been a huge help and are very much appreciated.

Mom is recovering nicely. She is doing well physically and her speech is coming along slowly but surely. She looks forward to getting back out there. I know she misses golf. “We will get there,” adds my dad. We will keep you posted. Thank you all very, very much.
