April’s Farewell

A pending rainstorm – such as the slight one that chilled the community last weekend – usually gets people to light a fire and cook up a hot bowl of soup or chili. But some, such as photographer Pat Van Dyke, would rather stay outside and watch the glory of the sky’s colors as the storm announces its arrival with the sun’s departure. This “Photo of the Week” feature provides an opportunity for photographers, both amateur and professional, to share their work. The only qualifications are that photos must be of life in Canyon Lake and they must be clear and well lighted. A horizontal format is also recommended due to space constraints.
