Women’s Golf President’s Club

The Women’s Golf Club will hold the Presidents Cup tournament on March 17, 19 and 24. It is the first of several major golf tournaments of the year. The three days of competition will determine an overall net winner, who will receive either a medallion or a diamond. The winner of each flight will receive a medallion or diamond set on a previously won medallion. There also will be prizes paid for the 2nd and 3rd place winners in each flight.

A luncheon and awards ceremony will be held following the final match on March 25. The signup sheet and flyer are posted in the Golf Pro Shop. Participants must complete six sanctioned club events in the previous six months to be eligible to play. The deadline for signups and payment is March 10. For tourney information, contact Jeannette Williams at 951-244-4850.

The Women’s Golf Club meets regularly on Tuesdays to play 18 holes of golf. CLWGC is a member of the Women’s Southern California Golf Association, responsible for handicapping services for members.
