Canyon Lakers are invited to share a shining moment with 16 young contes- tants participating in the Miss Canyon Lake Scholarship Pageant tomorrow, May 21, at 6 p.m. in the Holiday Bay Room a the Lodge. This year’s theme is “Denim and Diamonds.” Tickets will be available at the door for $12; children under 5 are free.
The program consists of interviews by judges and a fun fashion and eve- ning gown competition.
According to Pageant Director CoCo Morrison, this is a scholarship program, with a scholarship being awarded to Miss Canyon Lake. Miss Canyon Lake and her Royal Court will participate in community service events throughout
the year, volunteering their time. Young ladies looking for a spot on the
Royal Court are as follows:
Wee Miss/Tiny Miss (ages 3-5): Cla-
rice Walsh and Kaitlynn Smith
Little Miss (ages 7-8): Carisa Ron-
chetti, Kali Tiefenthaler and Ryan Boshard.
Young Miss (ages 9-10): Amy Bassett and Sawyer Lanouette
Preteen (ages 11-12): Jenna Daniel and Mackenna Keith
Junior Miss (ages 13-14): Crystal Hauser, Staycia Siezak and Valerie Reed Teen (15-17): Chloe Wells and Mary
Ellen Reed
