Family Matters Club to host Winter Carnival

The Family Matters Club invites the community to attend its annual Winter Carnival on Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Holiday Harbor Park. Admission is free.

The Winter Carnival features photos with Santa and his elves, holiday games and crafts, face painting, train rides, falling “snow,” holiday music and more.

There will be a special section for children to write letters to Santa and personally deliver them to him at the event or place in his special North Pole mailbox.

There will be a vendor area and the club will be selling holiday goodies at the snack bar.

Guests are invited to enter a free opportunity drawing for a chance to win a Christmas tree. The winner must be available to take the tree home at the end of the event.
