CL Homeowners reminded to mail in ballots

Today, May 4, is the last day it’s recommended a homeowner mail their ballot. Those who miss the deadline can drop off their ballots at the lodge on Thursday, May 10, between 8 and 9 a.m.

The Annual Meeting of the Members and Election of Directors will be held at the lodge on Thursday, May 10, at 8 a.m. The newly elected directors will be announced following the counting of the ballots.

One-third of the voting power (1,532 out of 4,594 ballots) is needed to meet quorum. At the time of print, more than 350 ballots were needed to meet quorum.

If quorum is not met, the alternate adjourned Annual Meeting date will be Saturday, May 12.
