Honor loved one with flag in the Field of Honor

The “Field of Honor” will rise on Saturday, November 5, when the Veterans Day Committee members place approximately 200 flags in the Veterans Memorial Park in the Towne Center.

A flag sponsorship is available to resident for $10. Each flag will bear a yellow ribbon with the name of the honoree. The flags will remain on display at the park until November 14, at which time residents can pick up their flag and take home if they wish.

To reserve a flag in honor of a loved one, submit $10 along with name, mailing address, email address and the name of the person being honored to: City of Canyon Lake, 31516 Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake, Ca,92587.  Flag sponsorship forms are also available at Pack Wrap and Post in the Towne Center.
